From identifying suitable events and securing tickets to coordinating transport, seating preferences and hospitality, all arrangements are handled discreetly and according to your schedule.
Anniversaries, birthdays, dinners
Small events are often harder than large ones, because every detail is visible. Venue, menu, music and flowers all have to tell the same story.
We propose places we know and deal with the suppliers on your behalf.
Partner visits and delegations
For business visits we line up arrivals, transport, the meeting space and the evening so the day is complete rather than crowded.
We also handle the details guests only notice when they are missing: water, technology, somewhere to leave a coat, a quiet corner for a call.
Someone watching the clock
Someone with our number is present, tracking the running order, receiving suppliers and resolving small problems before guests notice them.
All you get is a short message saying everything is on plan.
